2 large sweet potatoes - peeled and cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
¾ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS
1. PREP THE POTATOES:Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, paprika, cinnamon, and pepper. Spread out on a baking sheet—don’t crowd ‘em, give each cube room to crisp.
2. ROAST & GLAZE: Roast for 25 minutes, flipping halfway. Pull them out, drizzle with JACK BEAR Stinger Hot Honey, and toss to coat. Return to the oven for another 5–10 minutes until caramelized and blistered in all the right places.
